Mount Edit weird result!

I've done some weapons changes with no problems , so i decided to do some mount edit

I started with the:

Brown Kodo 40 Speed > ZG tiger

the result was , ah... weird:

what am i doing wrong? :X

the model changed , the texture didnt change and the scale its wrong , the mount should be 3 times bigger :S

lol whenever i apply patches that change my kodo mount for my tauren, the same thing happens. Ive only ever done it with the turtle mount and the cockatrice, or hawkstrider or w.e its called. it is funny to watch, but it just gets annoying after a while. and lol @ flying piggy's comment.

yeah its quite funny when you 1st see it ! but its really anoying to ride it for a while! i wish i could fix the scale and the texture!

i am not sure if i'm using the right .blp for the brown kodo

some progress made:

i have now the texture working
not the eyes tho , going to fix that now

about the scale , anyone knows how to fix it to the size it should be on a tauren?

i fixed the texture already(not the eyes yet), too bad i cant scale it altough is funny xD
