S3 warlock armor editing, troubleshooting

Firstly i apologize for the spam thread, but these strict rules would not allow me to share my work without 3 posts.

Anyway, i'm editing the s3 Warlock armor to be black, and red, with a spider pattern.

I've made skins before, a slight edit to make a Ryu from STreetfighter outfit for a movie i did in the past, and i repeated the same process, but this time it's not working.

The graphics aren't showing up in modelviewer nor the game. I wonder if there was an incorrect conversion of png and blp.

I would love for the community to examine it, and if you can help me, then i can finish this reskin, and we'll all have an extremely cool looking new warlock armor!

some extra details:

i used some extracted files from another patch, another skinner had extracted the original armor, and just greyscaled them.

I then took teh greyscale, and started painting them and polishing them.

Then i converted back to blp

Make sure the new files are in the right directory in the MPQ, make sure they're blp, and as an extra step, make sure that all capitals match.

I use the BLP Converter program to convert from png to blp. Could try that as well.
