Malefic Raiment to Sunwell gear

Hellow, I am trying to change my gear to the Sunwell Gear with Glitchy's MES, but somehow those items do not appear in my convert to folder. So that's why I ask if someone can do it manually...

I wish to replace the texture of the following items

Gloves of the Malefic to Enslaved Doomguard Soulgrips
Robe of the Malefic to Fel Conquerer Raiments
Hood of the Malefic to Dark Conjuror's Collar
Mantle of the Malefic to Amice of the Convoker

Anetheron's Noose to Belt of the Malefic

I hope someone can make a patch, where the textures of T6 are replaced by the ones I mentioned above
(So I can change my lvl 40+ gear with that of T6(Malefic Raiment) and look like Sunwell Gear due to the texture change =-)
