[Question] Animation swap race to race

Ok I've been working on this for about 4 hours now and can't figure out how to do it for the life of me. I model edited trolls to night elfs and it works great. However, I don't like how night elves shoot bows and I want to swap it with how blood elfs or orcs do it, but can't figure out how. I've extracted both .m2's and opened them with MES and changed the night elf values to match the blood elf ones, but it had no effect on the animation when i repackaged it. If anyone could give me advice on how to change these animations it would be greatly appreciated, thank you.

I would like to know how to do this too. I hate how blood elves cast spells.
