Common itemcache issue

I've been reading through these forums and I came to the conlclusion that there's a problem with the Sunwell Patch gear in our Itemcache.wdb.

I for example am unable to find any sunwell gear in Glitchy's Mess WDB Swapper....
However I can find it in the 'from' box, but not in the convert to box.

I know I must have seen the item first in the game, but even with Atlasloot, Atlasloot on the server where they have downed Sunwell Plateau's bosses(Vek'nilash SK Gaming, ...)

Even the robes that can be bought with badges at the vendor in the Isle of Quel'danas cannot be found in the 'convert to' box...
Those robes are worn by a lot of people on my server and I have inspected them numerous of times...

I have updated Glitchy's Mes, Atlasloot, ...
Anyone know how this is possible?
