Character textures..

Ey.. recently I've looked through all the guides about everything, but they seem a bit outdated and stuff.. i can easily remodel weapons, head, shoulder into something else that i want, WITH the textures, i just made my nightelfMale into DwarfFemale(LoL), but the thing is, the Dwarf is female, WITH a beard? lol.. i tried to look through all the .mpq's and saw all the textures, but theres tons of them..

How do i easily remodel character textures, so i wont have any failures with them?
