[Question/Request] Fiery weapon proc -> thunderfury proc

Hi, I was just wondering if it is possible to change the fiery weapon proc
into the thunderfury proc, it would help alot when doing the boring art of leveling. I would also like to know how to hex edit an items position, for example putting an side equipped 1h sword on the back.

If anyone could help out/create this i would be really grateful.

+Rep will be added for help and/or prepared files.

P.S i did see that there was a thread about this but as it was unanswered i made my own.

    Thanks in advance
