Race-Race change error plz help

hi, if i change a race into another race like tauren-->nightelf then when the game has to load the new model it says
error loading
Character/Tauren/Male/taurenMale.m2
file is corrupted

any idea what couse this problem and how can i resolve it?

(i tried with modelchange.exe and witouth it 2)

tried it already not working for me i only get a blank screen and if i log in it say what i write above /cry

nvm but thx for help i found out the problem, i used a pre-made .mpq to change troll-->belf but the m2 used in that was old and it made it corrupt
