i've gotten everything straight down to the count back 20.. change to 01. Then I'd save... restart wow... and nothing >.< what am i doing wrong?

Try using Glitchy's MES It's nice to understand Hex Editing, but it's so much easier to do it that way =)

Just use the WDB editing tool that's inside.
