Making an MPQ

HI all. I am in the process of making a mod. but I want to make a new MPQ for it. I have all the programs I need. But atm I have yet to find a guide or thread explaining how to do this. Or would it just me easer to find an old MPQ and strip it and add in my files?

Basically you go into MyWarcraftStudio and click on Pack->Create MPQ archive. You will be asked for location to save it and name. Save it in the data folder. Now you can mess around and make MPQ's.
