[Help] my shoulder/helm pngs are only dots...

hi i have soon reskinned the rogue S3 set, but i have a problem with the helm and shoulders, when i convert these 2 with the blp converter the PNG files are only dots, there i no image of the item, just dots...
as you can see there are some colored dots in the file, like some sort of trace from the image.

Found a way to fix it, you can just take a screen shot of the texture that is inside MWCS and there you have the skin

MWCS can also export the texture as tga, with a working alpha channel.
