[Request] Mage S2 Shoulders > Mage T3 Shoulders

can anyone make an itemcache (or something else) which turns the S2 Shoulders to S3 Shoulder (Mage) but the other pieces of the season 3 gear stay S3 too?

i only found a file which turns ALL S3 to T3 and a file which turns S2 Shoulders to T3 but the other items stay the same^^

its the Gear Swap itemcache of RyudoP which I am using at the moment, it all works but i dont have any s3 shoulders so i need a itemcache which turns all of the s3 to t3 , except of the shoulders which should be s2 >>> t3

you kind of switched back and forth between what you were asking for it seems so i did 2 edits, the first is the season 2 shoulders to the tier 3 shoulders

the mpq seems to work but I don't like to use third party progs like wowME, can someone just change the S2 Shoulders to T3 in this file?
