Tauren male to orc male leaves ugly beard

Hello all, I've just gotten into this model editing and have gotten my tauren to orc almost finished.

I tried resizing him down to normal size but the shoulders stayed as large as a tauren at full size, so I decided just to leave him big (if anyone can tell me how to fix that it would be great).

My main issue is his beard. The beard model is fine, but the texture is that of tauren skin. Here is a screenshot.



Bah, my MPQ decided to be overwritten, so here's one of Glitchy's MPQs, I patched in shoes.

EDIT: Just found that it does this same coloration to hair as well.
