Help with reskin

Hey i am trying to reskin a mount.
i find my bpl and take it to bpl converter then i color it and convert it back.
after that i am maing an archive named patch-1.MPQ in the wow\data folder with the creature\RAVENLORD\ravengodblack.bpl then i save and close archive and when i log into wow there is no new color:yuck:
please tell me what i am doing wrong xD
