what to do with mcq file downloaded from forum??

Hi
I have glitchys MES !

My problem is , i have downloaded the file that someone put up in the forum...the file being the one to make human female breasts bigger.. in a thread called human female "improvement"...what other file do i need......lol

it is an mcq file called patch-f ... I dont know where to put it or what to do with it?? there seems to be nothing i can do with it with MES and nowwhere to put it in my wow data files ??

can u help me ..... i need the larger breasts ....

go get chaz's fix then use that thats all.. but make sure the Model Edit Fix.exe is in your world of warcraft folder

chaz`s mod edit fix seem to be an executable that launches wow.... how do i implement the patch-f file that i downloaded???

Put the patch-f.MPQ into your data folder. Put the model edit fix in your wow root folder (one with wow.exe in it). Launch wow through the MEF and it should be implemented. Good Luck!

think the model edit may not be working.......seems to ignor the patches i have in my data file??? also it cannot find the wow.exe even though i have it in the wow directory as it should be.......as it cannot find it...it says it will launch and autopatch??? which it does....but none of the patches are implemented in game ??

the larger button that says patch on it.... on the editor.....is never able to be used?
