Gnome Female -> Any Race (Hair issues)

Greetings,
lately I've been trying to get my Gnome Female into a Human Female (among other races), and its all working fine, except for the hair styles/colors.

I tried using the posted Hair Change guides, but got completely lost after a while, since I had to change the hair style of my gnome in order for it to appear on the human (or any other race for that matter).

Here's a few screenshots of what it looks like at the moment:





If anyone is willing to give it a shot, I'd like the human model to have a black pony tail. My gnome originally is pink haired with two "ponys".

It looks like Glitchy's MES didn't swap the .blps right. These two guides will hopefully help you:
