please help resizing

figured it out, thanks. not sure why I was trying to changed the common.mpq file...been a long day. once I started working on the right file it was pretty easy.

as for the weapon and shield, they're not too bad, really. just being picky, but I may just leave those alone for now until I learn more.

one last question, I suppose, whenever you get the time. is there a quick way to change all the helms for my tauren to draenei conversion? I'd hate to think I have to change each one manually, as there are a gazillion of them. 8( it's funny seeing all these "tauren" running around in huge helms, but it's kind of distracting and will become annoying, I'm sure.

I'm sure that there is, probably a DBC edit. I'm not quite sure off the top of my head. A model editing expert might be able to better field this question.
