[Request] Druidforms (Horde)

Hello, I've been using the "druid of the claw" models for over two years now which changed my travelform into a murloc, catform into a gnoll and finally bearform into a worgen. For some reason this .mpq file suddenly stopped working with the release of patch 2.4.

Therefore I'm humbly asking for a modelchange file that would turn my forms into the above mentioned models that is working with 2.4.
