[Question]- Cant model change in 2.4 (armor and weapons)

I was doing some basic model changing in patches before 2.4, just on armor and weapons and the such...but since 2.4 came out, i tried to do some model-changing, again just armor and weapons, but the way that i had learned to do it was not applicable in 2.4. The cache files, in this case itemcache is set up completley different and despite my best efforts to try anyway, im getting nothing...any suggestions or possible a link to this issue somewhere in the forums? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

1) Get Glitchy's MES
2) Update Glitchy's MES
3) Re-download your cache (if other 2 don't work)

itemcache changed slightly in 2.4

the two-digit pair item number is moved further away from the end of the item name string. it's still possible to edit the itemcache.

the changes were outlined in another thread in detail if you look around
