[Question] "Perfect Race Swap"

Does a "Perfect Race Swap" mean ear fixes, hair fixes, facial feature fixes, etc?

If there is a way to fix ears (Night Elf and Blood Elf ears, can't get them to poke through helm), could someone point me to a thread or guide on how to do it? I searched the forum but couldn't find any threads on it.

Yeah, was trying to find out if it's possible before I read a bunch of threads on DBC editing.

So, to summarize, has anyone seen a model edit to a Night Elf/Blood Elf where the ears successfully poked through their helmet?
