i think its private server, BUT edited sky models with soft NoggIt (Nogg Aholics)

It's not a private server.. It's done with NoggIt. Take a look at it on warcraftmovies.com I also recomend downloading it for higher quility.

Also, if you go to Crytects video "End of the World", he has a "Game Files" link that has a SW file similar to that used in this movie, but none of it works aside from textur if you don't have a work around for model swapping.
