No fix needed?

A while back (4-5 months) someone model changed Corpsemaker into Hand of rangnaros for me. This was done in itemcache. This edit has been there even when I decided to remove all my edits and play normal. I used no fix or any other edit and Corpsemaker and other models with the corpsemaker "shape" looked like hand of rag. Everything changed in itemcache wont need a fix to log in? Just wondering.

Now Im using some other edits and running WoWme and its still working (obviously).

This is normal. Changes in the itemcache don't require the MEF.
