Isit allowed to ask somone to re-skin for you?

I just wondering if it is allowed to ask somone to re-coloure a set for me? If so Can somebody re-colour redemption to gold instead of silver Only re-coloure the silve things not the blue and when I said blue I mean the crystals on it or what ever it is Just let the blue be blue and re-colour the silver too gold I so hope somone can do this for me because, when I'll tried too re-colour it just buged up
