As far as I know, the broken model used there don't got any texture, thus uses the one from blood elves. Can check if there's another model but... Don't get your hopes up. Someone else who's more skilled than me might be able to success though.

actually, you can get a swap to akama; almost the same, just alittle cooler gear ;>

thats weird, works for me on my laptop aswell, just tried it.

Try rename it to patch-5.MPQ or something, gibberish names and MPQ non-capital doesnt work for some.
