QUESTION: changing combat stances

I am totally new to this and am having a hard time figuring this out on my own, I hope this is the right section to ask this on.

Im trying to change my undead females fist weapon attack stance to the udead female unarmed attack stance. how would I go about this?

I'm attempting to do this with Glitchys Model Editing Suite, but I'm not having any luck doing this on my own.

also if someone could point me towards a dummies guide for how to get these changes to show up in game, that'd be amazing <3
