It's called a 'slippery slope' argument when you say something without evidence.

It's a fact that it costs money to take people to court.
It's a fact Blizzard is not willing to spend the time/money to take all private servers/model editors etc to court.

This server gets shutdown + using model edits = Must of been because it was using model edits!

We have no way of knowing for sure why it was shut down - were not Blizzard and Blizzard never needed to follow up on the letter to bring them to court since they disbanded. For all we know the letter could have never happened/been fake (Blizzard usually send a letter AND email to confirm it's legit).
If it was legit then it would have been due to the revenue being generated by the server, and not due to some model edits. Lots of servers use these model edits, it's not hard.

Please note that echoloned was NEVER brought to court, it just recieved a C&D letter, most servers ignore those letter, but echoloned took it's tail beneath the legs and ran as far as they could.

There was a single-mother who ran wowscape, got sued for 81 million dollars, she's never gonna pay them back, but blizzard definitely scared everyone else.. Which were the whole point of that case, blizzard actually LOST money by sueing wowscape.

Slippery slope is when someone says "If we legalize gay marriage it will lead to people wanting to marry their pets", not someone saying something without evidence.
