There's a lot of quotes connected to the noggs that was originally born out from other things like for example matrix.

Well It's my first city edit and I must say it's time consuming finding every little thing and match it up with something else, but I visit the place often and it feels a lot better to see my own edit than the normal IF.

I managed to save the files after I had a crash so I think I can get back working on it soon.

Currently learning Noggit and Cryectstools so I'm a bit busy ^^

Are you using Cryect Tools for m2/wmo spawning? If so I suggest you to try Taliis, it's
    much more user-friendly.

I'm actually using Taliis for spawning m2s and wmos.
and it's screwing up everything and the objects don't appear in-game either.

You need to have correct co-ordinates. I personally have experience with this as I had problems with the m2s not appearing (possibly because my land that I took was so deep that the m2 would spawn outside the .adt's area - basically where there is no existing .adt) and found out the co-ordinates were way off. Just manually take a look at where you want to spawn the m2/wmo and write down the co-ordinates. Then enter them in Taliis and you're set! Cryect's Tools are pretty old and buggy, Taliis is - indeed as Xel mentioned - a lot more user-friendly, you just need to know how to use it.

If your Objects aren't appearing, or if they appear outside of the adt sometimes; I have a way to spawn it correctly.

If you are using Noggit, You're going to want to take a screenshot of where you want the object to be, (Say if your standing on the ground, those will be the coords)

Do this for all or at least most of the adts in your zone.
Write down the coords, and when you simply want to spawn something in that zone, copy and paste it, and change the Unique ID, Treepath, and scale.

This takes a little bit more work, but it is a LOT less frustrating

I've done all that the objects are in place, but they don't appear in-game.

And when I spawn a wmo or change water level, then the texture freaks out.
