One question, im kinda new on this but im giving it a shot, i downloded the dope App from Glitchy and i was extracting m2 files from the common.mpq in order to attempt to change the swing from a BE male to the one of a BE male as well as the gay stance, but i can only swap animations inside the same m2 file? just askin if my desire is possible or not.

I tried changing the stand to hover for night elf male with your app glitchy but it didnt work, I tried it with common and patch.mpq

No you can't :O Atleast I stronly beleive.. Animations are stuck to a .m2? You can't just take BElves animation and give to your night elf - Do a race swap insted?

There's no Mutilate animation in the Animation Swapper (Change from) there's only a mutilate animation in the Change To menu. I've tried with both Common.MPQ and patch.MPQ.

No mutilate animation in whatever race and gender you choose. in the Change From.
