    [Discussion] Model Edit botting

So lately since i've been so busy on mmowned and teaching myself this mass amount of knowledge known as Model Editing, I was wondering, why is it that all these bots now a days are all focused ON the map. I was thinking that since we can just model edit the ADT to "drop" them off the world in a bg and since there is an automatic port after the game ends. Why not just do that everytime to farm? Lately I've been farming Arathi Basin Marks by just running off a glitched piece of land I made in a AB edit, of course I will tab back in and cast an instant cast like drop a freeze trap after I then just keep falling forever and I then no longer show up on the battle map. I find that by botting ON the map you often will be noticed very quickly by other players, you then get the afk debuff and thats always loads of fun. God knows what will happen if you bot while you sleep in a bg. I woke up to find that I got a nice 24 Hour Suspension along with a final warning. Even right now as I type this I have pirox set on mode 2 and just pressing freeze trap every minute. Am I the only person who has thought of this, is anyone else doing this? If someone would like I could make them a model edit where you just fall directly off the map. I really just wanted to get others opinions on this type of "Farming". I was really just debating I guess whether an edit should be made like this and released. I guess I just fear being flamed by the big boy Model Editors in here So tell me, what do you all think?

2.4 fixes the falling forever by killing you.
Look at your post, now back to mine; Now back to your post, now back to mine. Sadly, it isn't mine, but if you stopped trolling and started posting legitimate content, it could look like mine. Look down, backup, where are you? You're scrolling through threads, reading the post your post could look like. What did you post? Back at mine; It's a reply saying something you want to hear. Look again and the reply is now diamonds.

Anything is possible when you think before you post. The moon is shrinking.

Before I remember that if you fell down you died after a short while but now for some reason you can fall for ever in most places.. I guess it got bugged and they didn't care to fix it until now. Probably not high up on the priority list..

If you're talking about botting with a Model Editing program, it's double trouble for your account. The model editing will be an 24 hour ban, coming to conclusion with botting: an 72 hour ban.

Oh wait, I forgot to say that you get a limit of 1 Final Warning.

Model editing should not be used for cheating, this gets people that use Model Editing for nicer looks, or a more suited area texture, in a bad light.

I dislike you now. (with you, I mean Samsta)

(Reply to Beatsta ; Indeed, and we all know, hacking is bad!)

Yes Sylcai, if you do a Model Edit that alters the ground by lowering it down, then not using Stealth cause you're not a rogue, you'll pop up in and out. Higher players will obviously see you, and you'll be reported for hacking.

I'm going to agree, I think model editing should just be used for aesthetic changes instead of cheating.

I'm not going to say anything again someone else's opinion because I think that people are 100% are entitled to their actions and their opinions. I personally think It's fun to have an unfair advantage over my enemy, you guys like to color stuff. Whatever haha. I guess I got my answer. It isn't necessary.

Samsta, I indeed think we all have our thing.

I like to change the area, and jump to places not alot of people jump to.
I also use WoWEmuHacker for the gravity change, but only when ledges are to high

I do not like hacking for an unfair advantage, and feel it's "wrong".
BUT, you are right. Sometimes having pure POWER! is very nice.

As you said yourself, and noahjam agreed. Opinions are each our own.

Good luck! And try not to get caught ;-)
