[World Edit] Booty Bay, ground above water [DeluXe]

Info;

I got Nogg-It 2.3.3 yesterday and decided to make my path easier to the Booty Bay AH for my autoclicker. This is my first Nogg-It edit, so please bare with it.
I also had to save it in 3 different stages for the complete ground to work.
I didn't bother with adding Booty Bay cave entrance :>
If you fall down while jumping on to the boat, you can go under the dock and walk up to the plank.

To use this, you'll need the latest Model Edit fix! Either donate/become Contributor or google it

Update(s);
If requsted, I can add 2 ways to the Pirate Cove,
and a way up to the waterfall.

Saves you just a couple of seconds from the boat to the Ah if you use this, but it helps
