If I do recall from his thread he did not make this model he actually converted it from Garry's Mod and used it as an M2 file.

meh. wsn't really my model to claim as my own in the first place, nor would i care if it were being used in another mod as long as i was credited for what work i did do... which i was. so no problems =)
