[sound swap] Pirates life for me!

Heres a sound swap that changes the STV and BB music into the pirates life for me music.

This may change other areas, I've only tested it in STV.

Installation is easy just drop the .mpq file into your world of warcraft data folder, no modeleditfix needed.
