What editor are you using to open the common.mpq file ? Ive tried MPQmaster and one other, both failed to open that archive

I dont know much at all about model editing, infact the patch.mpq I was useing to turn my gnome male into an undead male was made by somone else and I just put it in my Data folder. When I go to login now if I click any char on char select screen that is a gnome male, the whole screen gos black. =(

Is there anyway to fix this? Anything I can do so I can go back to being an UD Male instead of a crappy gnome T.T

You need to do a new race swap... All your downloaded mpqs are outdated now, and need to be redone.

so are you guys saying that making a speech2, patch-4, etc. wont work anymore? you have to change the data within the common folder?
