Decapitator hack/exploit?

Hey guys, was playing a private server last night an saw a shaman speed hacking through stormwind which was cool i guess....but he was also throwing his decapitator about 20 times per second, instantly killing his target, and I was wondering if anyone of you knew how to do this. Thx!

No cooldown hack. Comes with WowEmuHacker.

he used wpe and wow emu hacker

he likely used a cache edit (which is the only way to do something like this) to remove the cooldown on the decapitator. also i believe this is the wrong section and a necro
