Rogue Merciless sholder stealth fix

Made up a fix for my rogues merciless shoulders(Should with with Shoulderpads if the Stranger as well). What this does fixes is the transparent textures while stealthed. I never put it into .MPQ format because I'm really sure how to do that so if you know how to you're more then welcome to do it . Place the file in Cache\WDB\enUS (this will be different if you aren't using the US copy of the game). One last thing, this will be wiped every time the game patches so I'd keep it somewhere that you would remember it.
