Try downloading a new version of WoWME. that's what worked for me.

Hi guys, I'm really new to this site and would love to change my ugly ass dwarf to a blood elf male. I see this post and I can download the files, but what do I do with them? is there anything else I need? Is it still working in 2.4?

but since 2.4 patch all my modeledits from troll female -> random are OK except for trool fremale to UD female

can you check it?
I used .MPQ not .mpq and got the right MEF
