hi im completely new to race changing but I'm using a night elf. Im downloading the file atm how will I be Able to choose which other race to pick. I saved it to disk should i be opening it with a certain race change program or something like tht? Sorry to sound so noob but im clueless.

Merfed, i've got a question
The Alliance -> Horde section seems to be wrong, all i can Download is Alliance -> Alliance there (Night Elf Male -> Alliance).
Or am I just looking at the wrong links?

I downloaded alliance>alliance and it was into horde. I think he mixed the two up.

My Char is a tauren male and converting it into any other race but gnome makes it just look like a tauren sized model with race skin. Anyone got a clue how to fix this?

Is it necessary to use a special .exe to make model changes work?

Ok this has me completely confused with the messed up names. So if I want to go from Human Male to Undead Male what file am I downloading I tried both the Alliance > Alliance and Alliance > Horde and when I open the folders it to the alliance races.
