    Pirate Coat Reskin

    I've been playing on a server before called Divinity-x. It's shut-down now. But it was a roleplay server and they had those pirate coats.. they were looking really cool. I think they were reskins of some other items.. does anyone have a clue? It were real coats, not a shirt or anything. If someone can explain me how to make that or if someone knows how to make that. I'd appreciate it.
