That will turn Incinerate into Carrion Swarm, a Dreadlord spell... it also add's a sort of cool spinning Carrion Swarm around you when you cast Fire Spell's. It's hard to explain. If there's a bit of other stuff in there, it's becuase I didn't figure out how to take one patch and put it into another...

... Dreadlord's use Carrion Swarm. Druid's use Insect Swarm. . I know a Dreadlord I have Enslaved in Netherstorm has Carrion Swarm.
