I downloaded this "patch" and copied and pasted it in my data folder with that file name, it doesnt work at all. My undead female remains a female. I tried chaging the name to something like patch-3.mpq but I get an error when it loads my undead character. Please help me out guys.

Delete your cache folder, the whole Folder.
My mpqs name is "Patch-4.mpq" and it is in WoW/Data/
Start the mc.exe(in your main wow folder) and it should work fine, if you saw the model press end on your keyboard. There is nothing more to do, i hope i could help you.
