Simple Request

Im new to both these forums and Model Editing. I request directions to simply change gender. I currently have a Human Male that I would like to view as a Human Female. Any help you can provide would be greatly appriecated.

P.S. Im not clear if these changes effect just how I see MY character or every character I see. I want to play a female human, but dont want to wipe out all males on my end either.

OK, 1) Wrong Section "Model Editing World of Warcraft Model Editing section.
[NO QUESTIONS/REQUESTS HERE] " 2) It is client side only, only you can see it. 3) All Human Males on your game would be changed into Human Females until oyu get rid of the MPQ. and 4) I have no idea how to do gender to gender conversions

to be honest i've tried to model change sexes for a long time,all i can do is items ,mobs,some doors,mounts,and campfire...and try posting it in model editing requests..
and if you do model change sexes..you'll still have same voice as a male,andsome problems with the faces (you may have a mashtash with a female),and you'll see all human male as human female,not only you ;/
