Female human to Female Belf 1.12.1?

Is it possible to race swap female human to female blood elf? And even better, would it be possible to change the eye colour to blue,
so that it'd look like a high elf?

I have tried applying some m2 I have downloaded, it also had a bunch of BLPs with it(which I don't even know where they
are supposed to be at). Swapping the HumanFemale.m2 with the Blood elf m2 the folder contained, has indeed resulted
in a change, which was, however, a rather buggy model(It seemed as if it had 2 upper parts of its face, 4 eyes, the earings and
ears are behaving as if they were part of the hair's texture and 2 of the eyes are emitting a squared glow).

I have no idea of how to do the editting properly, and the tutorials are barely making any sense to me so far, been trying to
figure it out for days. Would it be possible for someone give me a hand on this?
