Put it in your WoW data folder, and when you're done, delete the file.

nice work, but most of the skins and faces are really messed up and the green eyes for the Blood Elf are all squary. Secondly you should make it so that the Blood Elves are buffed up more, due to the recent patch where the Blood Elves got buffed up, just to see how we would really be playing as them, instead of how they used to be.
