[4.0.6] [Spellswap] Shadowmourne Swirls for everyone!

Littel bit of a pickel here. I have currently both the files in my wow.exe folder. (Both Wow.patcher & COMDLG32.OCX). And when I try to run wow.patcher it just says, " Run-time Error 75: Patch/File acess error." Any one got a clue on what´s wrong?

If you have 32 bit, put the comdlg in the system32 folder..if you have 64 bit put it in sysWOW64 (both are located in c:\\windows)
then follow the explanations on page 1 in this thread

thx The Program is working now I think or it atleast says it dose, now comes the question, what am I supposed to with the mpq file that you download? I have putted it in my wow.exe folder but it still dosen´t happen anything when I try using it in game.
