Released it last year but found it got bugged in Wotlk; busy times with school and im generally a laidback person ontop of that has made this fix far over due.. - but better late then never ^^
The old thread found here dates back from 2008, therefor this fresh thread.
This reskin doesn't require any kind of 3rd party addon; simply place it in '\World of Warcraft\Data\' and it's good to go!

The only plausible way of applying it to existing characters is to use the first two; which overwrites all skin combinations.
Use the 'Unique' ones if you are making a new character and search for the right combination of skin colour & face.

The males appear to have the "tan lines" as well. +rep either way since I don't ever see my toons chest anyways.
