i dont want to use this steed.i just found it in blizzard store and wanted to see it ingame.
and i dont know if model swaps work again, its for patch 3.3.5

No it's not (In my opinion, at least!). It's the most COMMON mount in the game. I can guarantee you if this was actually a drop from let's say Algalon, it would be one of the most sought after mounts in the game and very rare.
