Re: Tauren Druid - New feral forms! (revised)

I love your model changes, they are great. I noticed in the preview for the NE and Tauren Worgen the weapon shows. Is there a way to enable so the weapon shows for me NE druid or are we stuck with claws?

    Thanks much!

EDIT; SORRY read a post that I missed, which states you are not working on this anymore. I just thought from your preview page that it would be available. No worries! good luck on your UI project!

No worries, I've updated the OP just below the Download section stating that same thing... I have more important stuff to do than fiddling with .dbc edits, people

However, I've gotten so much positive attention I might have found a comrade so to speak, who contacted me with interest and told that this person was capable of handling advanced 3D-modelling (and plays a Druid!) who signed interest in perhaps tweaking the current models to improve the looks. Like increase the amount of vertexes or heighten the markings and so on. I won't force this on this person, but I will support in any way I can and I hope it will turn out for the better for this pack.

Again, this is no guarantee whatsoever, just telling you guys what's going on... this person has to learn how to work with .m2 files from WoW and convert them to a workable format again and so on, which might take a lot of effort from his/her side and may very well not do anything in the end.

    //Andrige

(gonna finish the UI sometime soon I think aswell, thanks for the wishes )

Re: [Model Reskin] Druids of Azeroth - New Shapeshift Skins

My game tends to lock up alot more frequently when i'm using modeleditfix/model changes, ect. Is this normal? Or is there a way to reduce the crashs?

Well I think I can see that it crashes more often with ModelEditFixLive.exe, when I use the furbolg before myself I had to use it, and I encountered more crashes of the game.
Anyway, dunno what to do about it, but with this pack that you can download currently, there is no need for the ModelEdit thingy.
As far as I'm aware I don't think there's much to do to reduce the crashes. You could always try and clean up a bit, like remove the patches, download them again and try playing the game without any addons and see if that's the problem etc...

    UPDATE:
Read critique on the US-Druid forums where somebody posted the screenshots out of the blue, and they mentioned they didn't like the collars, and the warning I got before I released the pack that the collar was a bit strange... anyway, poured some more effort into it so here's the new collars:

I'll update the pack sometime when I feel like it... if you see these changes to the actual pack on the frontpage images (I always update those with the current look),
then that pack has been updated to look exactly like that. Until then everything I post here is just W.I.P most likely.

Re: [Model Reskin] Druids of Azeroth - New Shapeshift Skins

These are amazing, I want to try them out but am afraid of getting a ban. Am I safe using these skins, I have never modded before and would hate to lose my hard earned level 70 druid over something as simple as an aesthetics change.

    Regards

...patch 2.3 hasn't been released yet.
Unless of course you're playing PTR, and then there might be some restrictions or whatever to the patch.mpq's. Not gonna bother, better to wait for it to hit Live instead.
    Thanks for the notification though.
