I think the original is cooler.

Great work man, could I ask you wich converter did u used for textures like lower torso, upper torso, lower arm and so on, bcs I've been trying to reskin sth and I really can't make it work (the game simply can't read my alternative texture)
Here's the picture with my problem -
    http://img265.imageshack.us/img265/9563/comparey.jpg

As you can see I'm able to alter textures from shoulders, weapons, cloak, ( this upside down shield is actually a quiver - yes, call me crazy but I like my char to have some massive on it's back :P), but I simply don't know how to alter the rest of the armor in that specific dark blue collor I want. I have 2 kinds of blp to png and png to blp converters, I tried with them and they don't work, then I tried with blp lab and with it I switched png to tga and then with tga to blp converter to blp. Anyway all this what I wrote reeeeeally sounds boring, but I can't help it, sry =/

All I used was MyWarCraftStudio and I didn´t recolor the textures but I just used the Blizzard textures that are used for some of the NPCs but not for players gear unfortunately. But your problem with the colors may have something to do with the type of "model" which the texture is on shoulders wep and the quiver (and maybe the helmet?) color is what you want but the rest of of those textures are maped on your body model and do not look as you want them, so I do not think your problem is in the converter but it has to do with something else maybe model illumination or something like that but this problem and maybe the question how to fix it is for someone more experienced in model editing than me I hope you will find the answer to your problem, this is only my opinion which is based on my experience with 3D and 2D graphics.

I hope it's understandable, english isn´t my native language and it still needs a lot of improvement.

Pity =(, I understood that you changed the collor of it like with photoshop or sth similar - like you lightened the collors a bit, I should learn to read properly :P
Anyway stuff like shoulders, helm, weapons - they're like independant models, that's why I don't have any problems with them, idk, I should probably learn more about blp converting for the rest of the armor ...
In any case I'm sry if I bored you alot wih this question
