Hairstyles and haircolours (Fine, you got me guys.)

I really felt in love with the blood elfs ponytail, but on other races i.e. Tauren females front hair looks kinda buggy. Could you Elii / someone else make a patch file with only the Belf / human things.

First time poster here just to say I'm really happy I checked the forum today and found this thread. Made me want to play on my femBelf more! They are way too skinny for my tastes but this new hairdo makes the gaming enjoyable



And about the Tauren female hair, I think it looks great! Weird though that the braids should be stuck in their cleavage without any other reason...

First off I wanna say, I LOVE UR EDIT!
I'm using a Orc Female -> Blood Elf Female model edit and as you can see on the screenshot I provided, I got the hair color working perfectly. As you can also see on the screenshot, that the style of hair my character has, should be the long pony tail that u made but its not o.o while i even manualy changed the number to the same number as the Belf female uses, which is hairstyle 0 in modelviewer. But still it wont be the long pony tail from ur 1st post. And if I create a belf female and I use hairstyle 0 it does come as the long pony tail u made.. Any idea how I could get the long pony tail on my Orc female > blood elf female edit?

As with all the other custom models, the hair changes aren't going to work until someone finds a way around Blizzard's new model edit prevention shenanigans... Too bad really, since these looks badass o.O If/when we get model edits working again I'm definitely throwing these in my game.

I made this work with the new patch: use a MPQ extracting program (MPQkit for Mac, MPQ Editor for Windows) to extract the patch*.mpq in a new folder called, for example, "patch-z.mpq", into the Data folder.

Basically follow this thread.

/wave H'lo fairly new here but I had a friend desperate to have the lovely pink hair back in 4.0.3a So got it to work, Unfortunatly I haven't found a way to get the styles to work yet but at least you can have your fun with shiny colors!
Replace SoundCache-3.MPQ with this files, remember to store your old one to a safe place!

-Enhanced red

Colors that have stayed the same or enhanced:
