The blue incinerate isnt really a spell but more a visual thing, i can't get it to work properly, sorry.

Fixed the Druid Pack although i took some out of it. Tested healing touch and wrath and they work properly.

Again i cannot make anything blue because i just can't find this, i can only turn thing's to green because every green spell is called Fel xxx. If that link wasnt dead i could've looked inside the file and copy his, but then again thats a link from 2 years ago, Hell even spells might have been deleted a few patches ago by blizz itself.

Strange because wrath and healing touch is working for me(i even leveld to 4 so i can see moonfire) it's all max rank's btw

Awesome Warrior pack, but know what would make it even more awesome? Whirlwind to any short aoe, and Bloodthirst to Deathgrip, if those are possible, I don't know a lot about this stuff. +rep when I can.
